Allocation
The advertising systems are allocated by network in such a way that the posters - alternating from advertising system to advertising syatem - are posted indoors or outdoors in order to achieve a good spread.
The products are allocated by network in order to achieve a good spread at highly frequented locations.
There are 4 networks for CLP. One network consists of 600 advertising faces.
There are 10 networks for CLB. 2 of the netwoks are stable ones. The rest is multi-changer.
Deadlines
City light posters are allocated on a weekly basis from Tuesday to Tuesday.
City light boards are allocated on a monthly basis according to the Wall timetable.
Spare posters
20% for CLB, 10% for CLP
Poster Delivery
Wall takes the posters from the printing company. City light posters should be acquired 7 days before start of posting whereas city light boardsshould be taken 14 days before start of posting
Payment
Invoice amounts are due for payment within 15 days of start of posting
Discounts
Agency commission : 15%
