Maintenance and cleaning must be carried out as intended if the advantages of Wall’s superior product design, quality and user-friendliness are to be fully enjoyed. For this reason all Wall employees receive special in-house training and follow detailed guidelines for the performance of maintenance and cleaning routines.

All Wall products are equipped with advanced monitoring technologies. Equipment malfunctions are reported by telephone, scanner and modem. A 24-hour hotline ensures that all required repair work is undertaken without delay. The result? Wall products are always in mint condition.
 
 
Achieving optimal results with quality and transparency.
Wall constantly strives to improve standards in all of its activities. For this reason we developed a barcode-based quality-assurance system. This renders employee activities – including posting, maintenance, cleaning and repair – transparent, allowing potentials for improvement to be identified. The heart of the system is a database that lists all outdoor facilities, both with and without advertising surfaces. Comprehensive data sets concerning these facilities are collected and evaluated by the system. The system also features details and dates for booked advertising campaigns; a malfunction and deficiency data-collection function; lighting controls; a repairmanagement function; and allows for the tracking of window-pane replacement. All of this is valuable information for us – information that sets our services apart.
